Refunds are generally not provided once access to a course or subscription has been granted, except in the following situations:
If a customer is charged twice for the same transaction due to a system error, we will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate payment within 7–10 working days.
If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a verified technical fault on our end (such as a non-functional login or course not being activated), and our team fails to resolve the issue within 5 working days, you may request a full refund.
If we cancel or permanently discontinue a course you enrolled in before its start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
For recurring subscription plans, cancellations made before the renewal date will prevent future charges.
However, refunds will not be issued for partially used or current billing cycles.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method (Payoneer, PayPal, or card) within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are issued only through the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Sir Ius Services is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment processors.
In cases of promotional discounts or special event offers, refunds will be calculated based on the net amount paid, not the original price.
